Berren Hamilton is a Litigation Partner at Stone Group Lawyers. He is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation with the Queensland Law Society. He was admitted to practise in Queensland in 2001.

Berren acts for clients in commercial dispute resolution matters in courts, tribunals, arbitrations and mediations. Before joining Stone Group Lawyers, he practised in defendant insurance litigation, acting for major insurers in general liability, professional indemnity and also personal injury claims, and large-scale recoveries, and also supervised a team handling high volume property damage claims and recoveries. He has represented clients in many varied industries including building and construction, mining, engineering, energy, financial planning, farms, hotels and resorts, local authorities, shopping centres, residential complexes and estates, occupiers of commercial and licensed premises, body corporates, security providers and sporting associations, in connection with a vast array of matters including building and construction defect claims, complex contract disputes, tortious claims including negligence and breach of fiduciary duty, trade practices and consumer law disputes, workplace prosecutions, fraud claims and insurance policy coverage disputes.
